I could ramble on about our buying a house. Dan was our realtor and to sum it up; We bought a “Bank owned” property and let’s just say, the Bank dragged their feet on the “selling” part. Dan was extremely helpful. He was honest, patient (when I called him every day), very informative and if we had questions he always got us an answer. He helped us “look” at the houses in detail. He pointed out things we wouldn’t have thought of or things we didn’t notice. He wanted us to get the most for our money. He definitely works hard for his clients as if he would be living in the house also. Dan isn’t there to “only” sell a house he is there to help you buy a house you will love.
